Light Language in everyday life
The other day I was trying to write a biographical essay, something that was not the easiest thing for me. I was having some challenges getting started and was really feeling that sneaky resistance popping up. I have to laugh because, boy, did it feel sneaky, and it had my number.
I listened to some Light Language from another practitioner and then went on a short walk so I could clear my head and realign. When I returned, I felt clearer. I began tracking the experience to see what I had learned.
When I was settling back into the task, I was shown how the Light Language was interacting with my energy field. I could feel a softening to that resistance that was in my field from earlier. I could also see how the walk was supporting the grounding and integration of the information the light language had provided.
When I moved into the task for the second time, it was easier, and I found my flow. I put my headphones in so I would not be distracted. The forceful energy of ‘I gotta get this done, now’ had shifted into a playful focus, one of creating. My heart was activated in the “creating” rather than fully in the head that can occur with “doing”. I found myself in a smiling state of Joy instead of the overwhelmed state where resistance was roaring.
After I finished the task, I was telling my husband about the experience. My guides popped in and said “Next time, use your own Light Language.”
My guides showed me writing it or speaking it- or any form for that matter before moving into tasks where I knew I was holding resistance. And I could also bring it into any tasks, not just ones where resistance would be hiding. This would bring more light, support and directed intention into the task. It could also assist with opening to greater flow and being more neutral about the task. Moving into the task with more neutrality helps to clear away the filters that all those stories have provided. Change is met with discovery and wonder instead of with judgment and expectation. This allowed the dissolving of the old beliefs, programming and other things holding me back. New experiences and perspectives became available creating expansion and growth.
I just adore incorporating Light Language into my everyday life. It feels like I am bringing in threads of higher consciousness into something mundane or ordinary. I see, feel and experience that there is always room for God no matter what.
I love when I can reinforce the concept of bringing Heaven to Earth by my actions. It feels kind of magical when that happens! One of my favorite ways I do this is through Light Language. Yet there are many ways to weave this into your everyday Life.
How do you bring Extra light into the everyday ordinary? If you already are drawn to Light Language or channel it, how do you incorporate it into your everyday life?
Here is an example of Light Language in the everyday. The photo in the heading is the actual Light Language I transmitted after the above advice I received. The Light Language is about supporting the movement into a task where resistance is residing.
